A Summer Blessing Ritual

You Will Need:
A friend or two (or three, or four...)

If you plan on doing any other spells, it's a really good idea to do this one first! This spell is a blessing to the goddess and god of summer, who make all summertime spells work. It should be done by two or more girls together (and as many as you like), speaking the spell in unision. Get your friend(s) to stand outside with you, open your arms wide and say aloud (speaking at the same time):
"We call to Goddess of Summer,"
"We celebrate the noon of summer,"
"Great Goddess and God."
"All nature vibrates with your energies,"
"And the Earth is bathed in warmth and light."
"Come into us and renew our energies."

A Spell To Get Someone to Call You This Summer

You Will need:
A piece of parchment or fine quality writing paper
A fine-tipped marker (red or pink ones work best)
A needle

Take your piece of paper and write the name of the person you wish to call you. Write their name in a circle twice, so the ends of the words meet. As you do this, concentrate on visualizing the person's face (picture it in your mind) and focus strongly on your desire that they call you. Then, while still concentrating, put a needle through the center of the circle created by the name. Place the charm by the phone. Supposedly, the call will come within 5 minutes, 5 hours, or 5 days, depending on how well the spell was cast and how much will power was used!

A Spell for a Job Interview

You Will Need:
A small jar
One cup of pecans - crushed into bits
Rose oil
An orchid flower with a long stem
A red drawstring bag (or sew a little pouch out of red fabric and use string to tie)

Fill a small jar with the crushed pecans and add three drops of rose oil. Slice the stem off the orchid flower, and put the stem in the jar. Close the lid of the jar tightly and place it by your bedside. After three nights, empty the contents of the jar into your little red drawstring bag and take it with you to job interviews. With this little bag, you will feel confident while questions are being asked and will have a good chance of getting the job you want. Don't let anyone else see the red drawstring bag!
