My boyfriend broke up with my through text message, and i was really upset. But then we went back out and broke up AGAIN. Now its def over cuz we've both moved on, but before I had a boyfriend, he was/is going out with my friend Kellie, but all he has been doing is flirting with me. Does he still like me? Should I tell Kellie that he's flirting with me? Should I let it be and keep outta their business?

What a jerk! Here's what you need to do. Confront this guy and tell him to stop flirting with you, starting immediately. Tell him specifically what he's doing that is a problem for you, and ask him to stop. Make it clear that you mean what you say. If needed, tell him that if he doesn't back off, you're going to tell Kellie all about how he's been acting with you.
If he cooperates, you don't have to tell Kellie, and everyone can go back to the way things are supposed to be. If he doesn't, then be good to your word, and inform Kellie that her boyfriend is untrustworthy. Be sure to let her know you have no interest in him, but you're telling her as a good friend, so she knows what kind of guy she's dating. But hopefully, it won't come to this.
